Ideas For Spring

Spring is one of my favourite times of the year.

There are many thing to celebrate in spring such as: Easter, Mothering Sunday, May Day and the flowers in bloom.

Ideas For Summer

Summer is the best! Hot weather, long days. Why not celebrate?

There are many things to celebrate such as: Fathers Day, Pool Party, Holidays and the chance of a cocktail by the pool or the beach.

Ideas For Autumn

Autumn is when all the best fruits are ripe for the picking!

Autumn has many things to celebrate such as: Halloween, Fireworks , Bonfires and fruits and berries coming into season.

Ideas For Winter

Winter could be a gloomy part of the year if weren't for these ideas!

Winter has many things to celebrate such as: Christmas, New Year, Advent, Saint Valentine’s day and my Birthday!

This pizza will be amazing with some home made garlic bread.

30 minutes to make

1. 200g strong white flour
2. 7g sachet dried yeast
3. 125ml warm water
4. Or Tesco pizza mix and 100ml warm water
1. 200g can of chopped tomatoes, drained.
2. Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved (optional).
3. 25g mozzarella, torn or slice into pieces.
4. Any extra toppings you would like.


1. Mix the flour, yeast and a pinch of salt. Make a well in the flour and add the water mixing bit by bit, once it’s all mixed in remove from the bowl and begin kneading for 5 minutes.(Kneading is the process of stretching and folding the dough with the balls of your hands.). Or if you are using the packet mixture just follow the instructions on the packet.
2. Spread it into the shape your tray is, round or square
3. Spread the canned tomatoes over the dough to within 2cm of the edge. Arrange the mozzarella and your other extra toppings. Leave to rise for 20 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
5. Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes or until crisp and golden around the edge.
